Vikki is a graduate of the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCTCM) in Toronto. Throughout her studies she was trained in various Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities including acupuncture, ear seeds, cupping, guasha and moxa which you can expect in her treatments. She is also certified in Cosmetic Acupuncture after receiving additional training at OCTCM. She is a valued member of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Canada (TCMAC) and the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ontario (TCMO). In addition, Vikki has obtained her Bachelor of Health Studies at York University.
Vikki is passionate about all things wellness and healing the body from the inside out. She strives to ensure her patients achieve a more balanced life through the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is a kind, attentive and friendly acupuncturist with a gentle needling technique. She delivers fast and effective point prescriptions with great results. While Vikki can work on many conditions, she has a special interest in fertility, gynaecological health, stress, anxiety, sleep, digestion and pain management.
In her spare time she loves spending time outdoors with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and searching for new trails to discover.

Owen can tailor your massage to maximize your comfort and enjoyment using a variety of techniques to release built up tension and remove stress. He will work with you to learn what makes you feel better today and for the days to come. Providing client focused care is his passion.
Together we will build a treatment plan that includes home care to bridge the gaps between massages for the best possible results. By using care and patience, Owen will be sure to leave you feeling refreshed.
Graduating from Ontario College of Health Technology, Owen is excited to add to his long career in customer/client satisfaction. His first passion was for food. After a successful career as a Chef, Owen joined the Health Field to learn new ways of making people happy and feel good. Massage is a wonderful way to touch people’s lives. A great meal or a great massage - nothing feels quite like it.
If Owen is not by his massage table, he will be in the kitchen, cooking for himself, family and friends. He loves to live an outdoor and active lifestyle, exploring Toronto’s wonderful trails and busy streets.
Owen is dedicated to continual learning. He has recently received his Cupping certificate, and is training in Aromatherapy to complement his treatments!

Hagen’s diverse and dynamic background in healthcare is rooted in his lifelong passion for sports and his first hand experiences with injuries and subsequent treatment. Following his high school graduation, Hagen embarked on an ambitious journey towards obtaining a degree in physiotherapy in Germany. Throughout his studies, he developed a profound understanding of the intricate workings of the human body’s physical mechanics. After graduating in 2010, Hagen sought a more comprehensive and holistic approach to healthcare, spurring his enrollment in Middlesex University (London, UK), where he completed an honours degree in traditional Chinese acupuncture in 2013. This program provided him with an in-depth understanding of the intricate energy systems within the human body and their crucial role in promoting overall health.
Fuelled by his expanding interest in physical therapy and wellness, Hagen became a certified personal trainer, imparting his knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals. His education and experiences culminated in the pursuit of a degree in manual osteopathy, which enabled him to further enhance his expertise in hands-on therapy, thus aiding in improving physical function and managing chronic pain.

Sam has been practicing physiotherapy since 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Iran.
Sam’s clinical focus is on the treatment of pain and movement dysfunction arising from injury, muscle imbalance, disorders of joint, soft tissue restriction and nerve immobility. Additionally, he has experience and research interests in the use of dry needling for the treatment of muscle pain, range of motion restriction and dysfunction.
Sam is well versed in treating individuals with a wide array of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. He especially enjoys helping active individuals, ranging from recreational to elite athletes, return to their sport or improve their performance following injury. He worked as a Physiotherapist at a Soccer Club for more than 5 years and work with many athletes.

Shady Nagib graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland with a Masters in Physical Therapy, after completing his Honors degree in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University.
Shady’s passion for physiotherapy began with him being proactive in his teenage years about fitness, health and strength training and has always aspired to live a high quality life. He confirmed his interest with the athletic injuries courses during his undergrad years as well as pursuing numerous shadowing, volunteering, and assistant job opportunities in his spare time.
Shady ensures to make his clients feel heard, always aims to get to the root cause of his clients’ complaints, and tailors and personalized home exercises program based on his clients’ current abilities that are specific to their therapy goals. Erin graduated from the Massage Therapy Diploma program at Centennial College in 2004. She has since worked in many different settings, including, therapeutic massage and multidisciplinary clinics, spa and in-home visits. Erin believes in a well-rounded approach to helping her clients, utilizing a number of techniques including, myofascial release, general Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, stretching, Indian head massage and hydrotherapy in her practice. She finds it beneficial to add a sense of relaxation to every treatment, allowing overall healing to occur.
Erin enjoys working with all age groups from infants to seniors and has a keen interest in pre/post natal care.
Erin is dedicated to continuing education and increasing her knowledge to provide the best possible care for her clientele.

Tracy started practicing in 2001 after graduation from D’Arcy Lane institute of Massage Therapy in London, Ontario.
She has worked in many different settings from spas to multidisciplinary clinics treating clients from athletes, children, seniors and everyone in between.
Tracy likes to incorporate a wide variety of techniques into her practice, including Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and Thai Massage. She believes that even a deep tissue, therapeutic treatment can have a relaxation component to balance out the body and allow it to heal.
In her spare time, Tracy volunteers in a local school teaching the Roots of Empathy program, helping children become more compassionate and understanding about themselves and others. She also enjoys any chance to get outside and spend time with her family and dog.

An evidence-based approach to treatment that involves comprehensive assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, patient education, and acupuncture. Fanaye Whyte graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, after completing a Specialized Honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University. Her passion for physiotherapy began with her own experience, suffering multiple sports injuries as a competitive varsity track and field runner, and as a recreational basketball, flag football and volleyball player. Fanaye believes that treatment should first and foremost thoroughly address patient concerns and goals. Her number one objective is to deliver exceptional care and help her patients achieve optimal outcomes that enhance their quality of life. Having had the opportunity to work in many rehabilitative settings from acute to chronic care in inpatient and outpatients facilities, Fanaye has experience working with a variety of populations. These include but are not limited to neck and back pain, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, arthritic conditions, post-operative orthopaedics (e.g., full knee and total hip replacements), traumatic orthopaedics (e.g., fractures), as well as repetitive strain injuries. Calvin became a Registered Massage Therapist after graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in October 2021. Prior to this, he also earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Toronto.
Calvin in driven by being able to provide care that helps clients move to their full potential. He believes in promoting movements that allow clients to reach new heights, and as a result, realize what their body is capable of. As a former Team Canada dragon boat paddler, Calvin understands the value and importance for athletes to be able to function at their full capacity on and off season.
Calvin loves continuing to grow as a practitioner, and actively seeks out new experiences and knowledge to deepen his skill set. He has since been trained in the use of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and Neurokinetic Therapy (Level 1).
IASTM: Improvements in range of motion, breakdown of scar tissue/adhesions/fascial restrictions, neurophysiological effects (pain perception), and improved vascular response to injured soft tissue by increasing blood flow to the area. Neurokinetic Therapy: Identifies muscle imbalances by using unique protocols to determine which muscles are inhibited and which are compensating for them. This allows us to utilize specific treatment and corrective exercise techniques to restore proper movement patterns and reprogram the motor control centre. When Calvin is not in the studio, you can catch him at the gym or in one of the provincial parks backpacking.
